V550 CNC Punching and Shearing Line
The V550 Punching and Shearing Line is a modular line for processing flat steel and angle steel.
The basic machine consists of an infeed system with cross transports, a hydraulic punching machine and a hydraulic flat steel shear.
The punching and shearing line can be extended with an angle steel shear, a horizontal punching machine, a marking unit, a sawing machine and a drilling unit with an automatic tool changer. An automatic loading system and a product sorting system can be added on, so the machine can produce without an operator over a considerable period.

V250 CNC Plate Punching and Drilling System
The V250 Plate punching and drilling system is a CNC controlled machine, developed for the manufacture of steel plates.
With this plate punching and drilling machine, heavy steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw threads.
The V250 consists of a hydraulic punching machine, a drilling unit and a CNC-controlled X-Y table. As an optional extra this plate fabricating machine can be executed with a marking unit, automatic tool changer and a deburring unit.
With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to material thickness restrictions.

VB-Range Horizontal Band Saw Machines / Sawing Lines
The VB-Range includes 3 types of horizontal band sawing machines which can be combined with a NC-controlled length stop.
The VB750, VB1050 and VB1250 sawing machines are specially developed by Voortman for sawing structural steel.
The Voortman band saw is executed with a standard PLC-control which regulates the NC-selection of the miter angle and the fully automatic cutting cycle.
The horizontal band sawing machines have a rapid approach device, powered rotary brush and hydraulic material clamps at both sides of the saw band.
The saw band speed is frequency controlled and the feed rate is automatically controlled to suit the profile type and size.

The V340 Plate Punching, Drilling and Cutting System is able to punch, drill, mark and cut large metal plates automatically.
The punching, drilling and cutting machine consists of an infeed conveyor, a positioning system with hydraulic material clamps, a machine base frame and an outfeed conveyor with a product unloading table. The torches for plasma and oxygen cutting, the drilling and punching units and the marking unit are all integrated in the machine base frame. V806 CNC Beam Coper
The V806 beam coper is a 5-axes Oxyfuel beam coping machine especially designed for cutting I-beams, H-beams, channel, angle, rectangular tubes and flat-bars. The V806 beam coper is capable of cutting the top flange, bottom flange and the web of beams and columns as well as web and flange bevels.
The oxyfuel cutting torch is suitable for Propane, Map gas, Propaline and Acetylene.
The user friendly software program has a programmable macro library and DSTV-files can be imported.

V2000 Beam Cambering Machines
The V2000 is a horizontal beam cambering machine developed for cambering steel profiles.
Two motor-driven transport rolls carry the beams in the cambering machine. The basic design of the cambering machines is a rigid steel C-frame in which the hydraulic cylinder is horizontally mounted. A removable reaction beam is mounted on the C-frame, which is fitted with two adjustable reaction points.

Beam Coping System V806M

The V806M is a beam coping system with a universal six axis industrial robot especially designed for cutting I-beams, H-beams, channels, angles, rectangular tubes and flat-bars. The system is capable of cutting in both flanges (from left and right side) and the web (from above) of beams and can also carry out web and flange bevels.
For the automatic positioning of the profiles feeder rolls are fitted. The V806M is equipped with a coping robot with an oxygen-cutting unit. While each beam deviates from his ideal dimensions the robot first performs an automatic measurement cycle to measure the real beam dimensions. The V806M coping system can be used as a single machine or can also be integrated in a split system for sawing, drilling and coping.

Plate processing system V330S

The V330S is a combined drilling and thermal CNC controlled system for the processing of plate. The system consists of two floor rails, a drilling table, a drilling gantry, a cutting and extraction table and a cutting gantry.

After loading a plate onto the drilling table all the required holes will be drilled with the servo-controlled vertical drilling unit and each individual part will be piece marked automatically. After drilling of the plate, a brush will remove the drill swarf into the scrap bin located at the end of the drilling table. If there is enough space on the cutting table the drilled plate will then be loaded onto the cutting table automatically by the cutting gantry and the drilling gantry by means of electro-permanent magnets.
The drilling and cutting gantries can both run independently from each other. While the cutting gantry is cutting the previous drilled plate, the drilling gantry is already drilling the next plate so you have simultaneous operations. On the cutting table it is possible to use up to 10 zones in the length direction for cutting.
By separating the drilling and cutting processes, the production capacity is substantial higher compared with alternative systems that can only perform one operation at a time.
The thermal cutting table is provided with one Hypertherm plasma-cutting unit. As an additional extra oxy-acetylene cutting torch (es) and additional plasma cutting unit can be added to the system.
